Cindy is the best! She was a great at relieving any stress that we had when it came to selling our house. She puts you first and will fight for you every step of the way. You really want her in your corner whether you’re buying or selling. I couldn’t imagine selling or buying a house without her!

Cindy Maze recently guided me through every step of the sale of my two rental units. From the initial evaluation of my property, showing it, reviewing bids, awarding a contract and finally closing, she was there to answer my questions and kept me on top of things with updates throughout the entire process. Cindy was amazing and so helpful! We moved to Buffalo from Texas and needed a lot of help with finding a home quickly. She was always happy to help explain things about the closing process in NY as well as what areas to look at and showing us homes per our preference. Cindy is very helpful, I want to move from California to New York State, it is very hard for me to understand the housing market in New York State, she gave me the good idea how the market was, and I found some good houses, she helped me to go there and took video and conference with you, I am very lucky, I placed the first time offer to the house I really liked it, my offer was accepted, it made me so happy.
